How does the meditation work?

There are two segments to the meditation. I guide you through the first stage with my voice. Using Yoga Nidra. Combined with the sounds of the bowls. In the second part, the sound of the Himalayan bowls is combined with a rain stick. This creates a lovely journey through sound. Combining both tools to allow you to switch off & tune in. Research suggests 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent of 3 hours of sleep. Great for sleep deprivation. And those looking to energize their days. For people suffering from stress & anxiety. This meditation follows the Satyananda Nidra techniques. As taught by Swami Satyananda Saraswati, Bihar School of Yoga. I use these techniques combined with the teachings of Sound Healing as taught by my teacher, Himalayan Academy of Sound Healing
